Handmade porcelain soda-fired tea cup/ chawan/ matcha bowl with blushes of aqua, russet, and gray from atmospheric firing. Can be used as a tea bowl, chawan, or matcha bowl. Minimalist, wabi-sabi contemporary aesthetic. Made with washes, clay slips, and lined with a shino glaze. All items are made by the artist. Clay body is a Grolleg porcelain and soda-fired to ^11. The teacup fits perfect in the hands due to its organic form.

I make pots and sculptural vessels inspired by the landscape of the Pacific Northwest.

Cups are made with English Grolleg porcelain and fired in an atmospheric kiln. All materials are non toxic and dishwasher safe.
